Has your property had repetitive damage due to flooding? You may be able to participate in the Hazard Mitigation Assistance Program through FEMA.
UPDATE: The Town of North Topsail Beach is no longer doing outreach for the FY12 Hazard Mitigation Assistance Program. Out of 30 property owners contacted, there were only 3 applicants. The Town determined that it would not be cost effective to move foward. Hopefully there will be funds available for FY13.
