Welcome to the Town of North Topsail Beach!

Thank you for visiting the Town of North Topsail Beach’s official website.  Our goal with the Town's website is to make it as easy as possible for you - our residents, property owners, and visitors - to stay informed about Town government, become familiar with our programs and services, and conduct business with the Town.  We hope you will visit our website often, and rely on it as your source for all kinds of valuable information about our Town. Our mission as a Town staff is to provide the best customer service possible to both residents and visitors, in order to produce a safe, clean, environmentally friendly environment, at an affordable cost.

We are all so fortunate to enjoy the beautiful natural environment and plentiful outdoor recreational opportunities in and around North Topsail Beach.  Our beautiful ocean beaches, the outstanding fishing, and fun-filled boating opportunities in our area make North Topsail Beach a great place to raise a family, enjoy your retirement years, escape for the long weekend (as often as possible!) to your second home, or visit for that precious annual weeks' vacation or make a quick weekend getaway trip!  All of us at the Town of North Topsail Beach recognize how special this place is for so many people, and we all work hard to provide the highest quality services possible in order to maintain and enhance the quality of life in North Topsail Beach.  The Town of North Topsail Beach continually strives to "make North Topsail Beach an even better place than it already is"!

In addition to our great natural environment and recreational opportunities, North Topsail Beach is home to many great people who make up a thoughtful and caring community.  Our people take great pride in North Topsail Beach, and are committed to its continued success.  The community greatly values its "family beach" image, and is committed to maintaining a "small-town atmosphere".  We have carefully designed land use policies to strike a balance between environmental protection, quality neighborhoods, and personal property rights.  This balance has served our community well over the years, and continues to do so today.  We are also committed to insuring adequate public access to the water, and the Town boasts an abundance of parking opportunities.

The people who make up the community of North Topsail Beach are from all over North Carolina and the United States, and collectively bring many valuable life experiences and talents.  We have a fond respect for our military service men and women, value hard work and personal responsibility, respect the natural environment, and exhibit care and concern for others.  The North Topsail Beach community is active in many volunteer efforts to make North Topsail Beach and our entire surrounding area a better place.  We are also a very active community, and you'll often find our people outside enjoying the water, our park, and our bicycle and pedestrian facilities!
