ATTENTION OCEANFRONT PROPERTY OWNERS
The Town has awarded a contract for
Storm Damaged Berm and Dune Maintenance (RFP) (Bid Results)
The Town may need to enter your property to complete this maintenance. Your permission is necessary.
Deadline for reply is March 1st.

PROJECT AREA
Sand fencing in the project area needs to be removed.

DREDGING PROJECT
The Army Corps of Engineers will be placing a MAXIMUM of 185,000 cubic yards of dredged material on the shoreline of North Topsail Beach.
The dredging company began work on February 18th and the project is expected to end by April 15th.
Please be advised that work will continue through the night. Please stay clear of the work zone.
