Notice is given that a regular meeting of the North Topsail Beach Planning Board is to be held on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. in the conference room at Town Hall, 2008 Loggerhead Court, North Topsail Beach, NC. Public hearings will be conducted to receive input on the following:

•          REZONING CASE # R-10-01: REZONING APPLICATION BY OWNER, HAVEN PARKER CHAISSON, OF A 5,000 SQ. FT. PORTION OF A 0.70 AC. PARCEL FROM CON-D TO MHR.  LOCATED AT 5733 17TH AVENUE, TAX PARCEL # 810-74) NORTH TOPSAIL BEACH, STUMP SOUND TOWNSHIP, ONSLOW COUNTY. 

And the following proposed amendments to Town Code Chapter 7:

•          SEC. 7-60.:  DEFINITIONS AND SEC. 7-143.:  HEIGHT LIMIT EXCEPTIONS  (Building Height)

All information pertaining to these public hearings may be viewed at the Town Hall, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.  All property owners and interested citizens are encouraged to attend and will be given an opportunity to be heard at these meetings.
