Planning Board Meeting

The responsibilities of the Planning Board are to propose, review and make recommendations on Town plans; to review and make recommendations on Planning policies, CAMA Land Use Plan amendments, Zoning Map changes and proposed changes to development ordinances. The Board is comprised of seven (7) members and two (2) alternates appointed by the Board of Aldermen. The Planning Board meets the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm in the first floor confernce room in Town Hall.
